• Ages 14–18 with some coding experience, usually Python

• Teens who already use AI tools and want to understand what is underneath

• Students considering computer science, data or engineering

• How an AI model learns from data — in plain language

• Why data quality decides whether a model is any good

• Core machine-learning concepts and the Python libraries that use them

• How generative AI produces text and images, and where it goes wrong

• Writing effective prompts, testing outputs and improving them

• AI ethics, privacy and the limits of what these tools should decide

What They’ll Build

• A small model trained on a dataset the student chooses

• A generative-AI application with a real, useful purpose

• A project that combines several AI components into one tool

• A written and spoken explanation of how their project makes decisions

How the Class Runs

24 lessons across roughly 24 instructional hours — about 3 hours a week over two months. Each session mixes a short concept explanation, a guided hands-on lab and project work, with weekly quizzes and homework shared through Google Classroom. Call (847) 350-9034 for current tuition.

Why Our Classes Stay Small

Classes are typically 8 to 12 students. That is small enough for your child to ask a question the moment they are stuck, and for the instructor to notice when they are quietly lost. It is the single biggest difference between a class that works and a video course that does not.
